The Blue screen itself doesn't show up on the crash. I found out thanks to reliability monitor. The restarts aren't dependent on the load. It can restart on desktop or in game. I've noticed some weird things. The restart doesn't happen every PC startup. It's like if he didn't sleep well he will restart. It's really strange because it can last whole day without restarting and the other day it restarts 30 minutes into desktop. When it restarts it won't restart again. Unless i turn it off and then on again the other day... Sometimes the apps that i left on while pressing the turn off button get loaded on the exact spot i left them at on the startup.
Haven't really tested under heavy artificial load, because i think playing games like PUBG for 4 hours is enough to test it.
Memtest - nothing found
Components were never overclocked.
