Hello , I will try my best to explain my problems if u need any more information just comment i will respond as fast as i can .
1)I have cracking noise in my headphones even when the pc starts i can still hear it . When i disable realtek it stops though . I have tried some fixes i found on the internet but none of them worked like switching ports and setting power usage to performance mode.
2) I have insane input lag in games and most noticebly in fps games like cs-go i suffer from bad hit registration and delayed mouse ( I can discribe it best as moving ur mouse like its on ice ) the game itself doesnt run right even to i have high fps and good ping and no i dont have v-sync or any of those settings all of my settings are good its not like im imagining either .
3) Also the pc just restarts all of the sudden sometimes with no errors . Its not overheating all the temperatures are fine.

CPU: i7 8700k
Motherboard: msi z370 tomahawk
Video card : palit superjetstream gtx 1060
Ram: Corsair vengeance 16gb 3000mhz
Psu: 650 watts 80+ bronze EVGA
