the glitches you see in your screen could be a sign your GPU is degrading\failing. you can try to confirm that by using the GPU on a different computer. or just have it sent to the shop for testing.

have you tried downloading DDU? and also download the latest Nvidia driver for your GPU. and go to safemode. run DDU to clean it. restart to normal mode. install your nvidia. restart. see if everything is working normally.
