Blank screen after disabling onboard graphics

After disabling integrated graphics my screen went blank and now I can’t do anything, I can’t even get into bios or safe mode my screen is completely blank

But is the hdmi cable plugged into the motherboard hdmi port, or into the gpu hdmi port.?

If it's plugged into the motherboard port, disabling the igpu, which is part of the cpu and run by the motherboard will mean no picture, blank screen, no bios etc.
If it's plugged into the graphics card, there's a separate issue going on as the graphics card has nothing to do with the motherboard ports or the igpu.

I Used device manager because after installing cod ww2 it was running poor then I noticed that in the settings it was using integrated graphics and not my GeForce graphics card
