I am wondering if an overclocked Ryzen 3 1300X at 3.8ghz or 3.9ghz bottleneck a Gtx 1070?
I saw some benchmarks stating that an overclocked 1300x would match a stock 1500x (which im amusing will not bottleneck a 1070). And my monitor is 1080p at 60hz.
