Will a 6pin PCIe cable power a 4pin 12 volt atx header?

I was building earlier today feeling amazing and then I hit a bump. My 12 volt atx header is a 4 pin and I only have a 6pin PCIe connecter for extra gpu power. And another 6 pin power connector labeled CPU but that one won’t fit. So I was wondering if I could power the 12 volt atx header using the 6pin PCIe connector on my PSU

No. Different current ratings for the CPU and PCIe, even if it was possible to fit (6pin can't go in 4pin, also pins are shaped differently) it would cause problems.

What are your full specs?

There is no 6pin connector for CPUs, it's either 4 or 8 and most of the time the 8pin can split into 2 sets of 4.

Your PSU should come with a 4 + 4 ATX 12V/EPS12V. 4 pins are detachable.
