then include the warranty from microcenter. im sure they have this agreement if in case something goes wrong in your build in the first half year or so. you could also be lucky if someone out there is really really wanting to buy a gaming PC right away would stumble upon your ebay post. desperation over reason.

Not sure why you want to get rid of it, it is a pretty strong system. Anyway, you'll make a lot more money if you can part it out, but if that isn't an option, the right person MIGHT give you $1000, but that would be pushing it.

NEW, yes. But this is all second hand gear now so I'd expect a hefty discount. How much of it is still under factory warranty and if so, when does it expire?

just upload your specs to pcpartpicker to see how is the trending price for your parts. that will be your average baseline price. then substract by 10~30% depending on how old it is. mileage/used discounts

BUT for the windows license keep the same price :D

well then these are the things you have to try to convince the person you are selling to.

1. your custom built PC is way more than what other build-to-order/DIY shops offer around your area.
2. state thats its only "2-months old" and a strong reason why you are suddenly selling such a good PC
3. you have to convince them its not damaged since they will be doubting what you said on statement (2)
4. show them the "pcpartpicker" site and the reason of your price. dpending how nice you are give them a 5~10% discount plus the labor cost of you building the PC
5. tell them you still have warranty stickers/receipts on them so they can have replacements/free discounted repairs on parts

point (2) & (3) will be a hard sell since they will have to take your word for it that you didnt f**k up your build

id say your best bet on selling, is to a friend or relative. or to a PC shop who buys used parts. or give out a 30% discount. thats a huge deal.

I'll just plop it on eBay and see what happens, and I didn't build it, bought the parts and took it to microcenter and they built it for me.
