Is this build ok for modern gaming have 4gb ram already and pc case

Yes. This is good and most likely the best you will get at that price. You just need a PC case and a POWER SUPPLY. You can pick up a good power Supply on Newegg for $25-$30. Also most modern games require 8gb of ram which is $70-$80 on newegg. I'll put links in for PSU and RAM

You can have 4gb now as long as you upgrade. You can get cheaper ram if your willing to look.
