I recently had to RMA my mobo due to a ram issue. Now that it's back, the wireless adapter is missing from device manager. The adapter is wifi/bluetooth yet bluetooth is still showing up in the manager. PC specs are:
Windows 10 Pr0 64-bit
Asrock H270M-ITX/AC motherboard
i5 7400
16 GB DDR4 2400
Corsair SF450 450 watt psu
gtx 960 4gb
Corsair MP500 120 GB M.2 drive
Sandisk Ultra 1 TB SSD
Seagate 2TB Firecuda SSHD

I have a "network controller" that shows up in the Other devices tab with missing drivers. Updating driver fails and returns with a "Data Error (cyclic redundancy check)". I've also tried uninstalling/reinstalling the software bundle for it. According to Intel, the module is 1 part bluetooth 1 part wifi yet it still shows the bluetooth stuff as working. My phone is able to see the pc on bluetooth as well. I've also tried updating the bios to no avail.

Solution
I decided to see what happened if I uninstalled the bluetooth devices and then the wireless adapter showed back when I scanned for changes but had a device error (39) device can not start. As soon as I uninstalled the Intel Proset software it miraculously and instantaneously started working again.
