I'm looking for an AIO cooler that has a quiet pump and at least decent cooling performance (enough to cool an overclocked Ryzen 5 1600X). I don't have a specific budget, but would like for it to be reasonably priced for its performance. Thanks in advance.

Well Corsair has some good coolers, tho I'd get the H80i v2 or of you can fit the 240mm get the H100i v2 which will perform better, They have a 5 year warranty so in a way that is worth it, But the fans are not vary quiet, you would probably have to get your own fans. Idk off hand of any other AIO's that has the same warranty.

I do own a Thermaltake Water 3.0 360mm, as much as I hate Thermaltake, its made by Asetek so its just as reliable as the corsair units, but the warranty is only 1 year, kind of crappy.

Anyway my Thermaltake Water 3.0 keeps my i7 5820k below 70C at 4.6ghz at 1.32v with the stock Riing fans, they are vary quiet, but you need a case the will fit a 360mm rad.
