I have a g4560 and a msi h110m eco with bios update to support kabylake. I want a new CPU. I was thinking about an i7 7700 or 7700k. So i don't have to change the motherboard. But will it be relevant in the next 3 years? And can it game on 100fps in FPS games?

The i7's are supported on this mobo with the appropriate BIOS update. You need the 7994v58.zip version which is the one you use for the G4560. These will be very relevant over the next three years so no worries there. Don't expect to overclock on this mobo though, the H110 chipset is not capable of overclocking.
Can't answer the FPS question, would need to know the GPU and which game. Some you would be doing well to get 50 FPS with high end equipment.
