Hi, I'm pretty sure that a piece of hardware within my computer is causing all sorts of issues ranging from blurry textures- to poor anti aliasing. In terms of normal desktop use (e.g browsing the web), no blur is EVER present. I'm certain that this isn't a software issue as I have uninstalled and reinstalled my drivers using DDU more times than I can even count, I've also just recently reset my PC altogether and the issue still persists. I've stress tested my CPU and it seems to be performing really well, I'm also pretty sure it isn't my graphics card- as the card is still really young. Also, I know it can't be my monitor as it was just recently replaced.
Only thing I can think of is a faulty power supply.... Maybe the PSU isn't supplying enough voltage to keep up with my GPU?

Specs-
EVGA GTX 980 4GB SUPERCLOCKED
I7 4770K @3.9GHZ
16GB DDR3 RAM
M12 BRONZE 520W

From your description is sounds like these symptoms only occur when the GPU is under load. It could be your PSU but that usually results in system crashes. I think your issue is narrowed down to your GPU. I would first try using a new/different cord to connect your display to the GPU I/O as faulty display cables can cause something like this.

If that fails then you may have to consider replacing your graphics card. You can contact the manufacturer and see if there is a way to get it replaced under warranty.

Thanks a lot, I'll try this. Unfortunately my warranty doesn't still stand, so if it seems I have to replace it, I'll be undoubtedly screwed.
When you say GPU/io do you mean like connecting an HDMI or display port cable?

Unfortunately, didn't seem to work; only reason I'm thinking that my graphics card isn't the issue is because performance on my machine is great. Also, whenever I record using shadow play and review the footage- it looks a hell of a lot clearer. It's only when I'm playing that I get the issues.
