Introduction
My PC has been having some weird problems lately, but now I came to the point when I need to share it with you guys

The Problems
I'm not sure if the problems 1, 2, 3 and 5 are related to this relatively big one, but I'll post them anyways

Problem 1/2
For some reason, the mouse would stop working in really weird ways until I unplugged and replugged it (Hardware disconnected sound with mouse completely not working as it was unplugged, everything working except that the mouse light was flickering and the cursor wasn't moving, both hardware disconnected and reconnected sounds playing at nearly the same time etc.), but I haven't tried to plug a different mouse

And the power light at the front of the PC stopped working (or it's now rather dim, I'm not sure)

Problem 3
The PC would start up nearly instantly after it was "shut down" by putting it into hybrid sleep mode (Maybe that's Windows Update trying to do that to install updates, I don't know)

Problem 4
The PC would shutdown randomly (Especially during gaming)

Problem 5
3DMark would throw a BSOD when launching it (Looking at it, it's caused by some old (1.41, I think) CPU-Z .sys file), but I'm not sure why (Recent versions of the CPU-Z work fine though with no crashes/BSODs etc.)

Problem 6/7
At one day, I tried to experiment with various graphical settings (including render distance and stuff like that) in Minecraft (with OptiFine installed) and shortly after that, I played some NFS Underground 2 (at 1680x1050 (thanks to the 13AG Widescreen Fix) with everything maxed out except some of the more demanding ones like motion blur, built-in FSAA, enhanced contrast etc.) and at one point, the game froze (the image froze, the audio locked up), so I tried to exit out of it (Ctrl+Alt+Delete and stuff like that) and that stuff didn't work, so I long pressed the power button (hard shutdown) and after trying to turn it on again, here's what happened...

The PC turned on and after waiting for some time, I noticed that the PC was stuck at the BIOS splash screen (Unfortunately, I didn't have a PC beeper, so I don't know if there's a error or not :( ) with no signs of error messages on the screen, and I couldn't enter into the BIOS setup either, but I noticed that the light in the Delete key on my keyboard flashed once when I powered on the PC and the monitor showed "No signal" once every several seconds (I think that the PC is rebooting), but several hours later after turning on the PC again, that effect nearly disappeared (I tried plugging my USB peripherals into different ports, unplugged some of the unneeded ones/devices (Even non-USB devices)...

At the end of September 2017 (I think), I messed around with that PC again (by completely unplugging the DVD drive, shorting the CLR_CMOS jumper with a screwdriver, trying to remove the fan from the GPU and partially putting it back in (all while the PC was completely unplugged and turned off), tried to turn it on and it actually booted (with some weird issues, like it weirdly turning on, randomly shutting off and the GPU fan making loud noises) to the BIOS setup as well as to the GRUB boot menu, but I shut it down because of that loud GPU fan

Conclusion
I think that most of the these problems are caused by the PSU and the GPU

And, I'm sorry if the thread isn't great (But I tried my best)

And finally, here are my PC specs/peripherals...

PC specs/peripherals
OS: Windows 10 (Creators Update) Home 32-bit/Ubuntu 16.04 LTS 64-bit (Dual boot)
Case: ???
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3L
PSU: Colorsic 500U
CPU: Intel C2Q Q6600 @ Stock (2.4 GHz)
CPU thermal paste: Currently Deepcool Z5 (It had some other thermal paste)
CPU cooler: Stock Intel one
Graphics card: (OEM) ATI HD 4350 512 MB (with a hard-to-remove fan when compared to newer GPUs :()
RAM: 2x2 GB of DDR2
HDD: WD Blue 500 GB (WD5000AAKS)
Optical drive: Some DVD RW drive (But it doesn't work properly (Automatically closes when it tries to eject :( )

Monitor: Yuraku YU216WP2
Keyboard: Noppoo Choc-84 Mini mechanical USB keyboard
Mouse: Speedlink Kappa USB (SL-6113-BK-01)
Speakers: Built-in to the monitor (I previously had some Acme headset, but it now has an internal cable problem and doesn't fully work)

Solution
Download Hwinfo and check voltages, try to load some pages and tabs soo it doesn't crash when you try to screenshot it (press <-> to widen it).

As your PC is old it could be motherboard,GPU, or PSU, but i think its psu.
