Start windows in normal mode. when i choose 2, it's still turning into startup repair mode.. wtf? help pls

Solution
1. Put your old GPU back into the PC.
2. Download and run DDU from guru3d.com in Safe Mode.
3. Download latest GPU driver from manufacturer (if not already downloaded).
4. Shut down PC after completion.
5. Put new GPU in.
6. Start PC - it will attempt to install newest GPU driver.

6. It will ask you to reboot after driver installation.

You should be good to go.
