Would the b150 m-a d3 work with a gtx 1060 msi 6gb and a core i5 6600k would it be able to play high end games good? And is it compatible

All are compatible. Just make sure your power supply is sufficient to power the entire system.

This should be a well balanced gaming machine, as long as you have at least 8GB of memory installed as well. Keep in mind that you won't be able to OC this config to take full advantage of the unlocked CPU.
