Broken Monitor / Fix?

My monitor is broken, constantly flickering lights and it doesn't stop. Here is a preview of what happens: https://youtu.be/IjZ1fi5VMPY

I tried different cables, different ports etc. didn't work. Same thing happens when plugged into a different PC.

Is there any way i can fix it myself?

PC Specs:
OS: Windows 10 Pro
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 3.40GHz
RAM: 16GB DDR4 2400Mhz
HDD: 1tb Western Digital
GPU: MSI GTX 1060 OC

THE MONITOR IS NOT UNDER WARRANTY

I did a quick search on eBay and the parts you would need for your monitor aren't available.
Yeah, you could give it to a repair shop but then you could end up with a repair bill that costs as much as a replacement monitor. Not sure how much a repair shop would charge but on an inexpensive monitor like yours it's often better to just buy a replacement.

When i sent it to Acer they requested £100 which is how much the monitor costs. Im not sure how much a local repair shop would charge me
