What component of mine is failing?

Many bluescreens (kernel problems and memory prob. and all that kinda stuff that idk), Windows freeze when i go on steam or on discord, blue screen during videos with some weird loud noise(comming from the headset), PMBUS error at start sometimes,sometimes when i restart it for too many times i hear 3 BEEPS.Can you help me?

asrock 990fx Extreme3
8 gb ram

Btw.....one time i restarted my pc and i saw that i have only 4 gb of ram, i just changed the memory slots between then and took out the dust and it was working fine

3 beeps seem to indicate a memory issue. Have you run memtest to test your ram? try that. you'll need to create a bootable USB with memtest on it.

if you get any errors your ram is faulty and needs to be replaced.

You might remove and reseat your RAM. Make sure it fully seats in the socket at both ends.

If your motherboard is about 3 years old or more, it is a known problem with asrock motherboards and needs to be replaced.

You need to identify your memory by part number or a link to it.

You need to identify the make and model of the power supply. Open the case and read the label on the side of the power supply.

990FX extreme 3 is about the worst 990FX board for 125watt FX. See here http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/990FX%20Extreme3/#CPU it has known problems with its 4+1 power design.
Most likely the culprit.

That is exactly the problem with those boards if power phases stressed the VRM's degrade over time. There are multiple posts on this forum with problems on that board with FX8350.
