Hi, my PC won’t boot, it gets to the BIOS splash page (keyboard won’t work, so can’t enter the settings etc) It’s a Gigabyte GAZ77X-UD3H motherboard, no beeps on start up, the LED error code is 62 (installation of PCH runtime services, googling this doesn't give me a definitive answer). for a while then it goes to A9 which is entering BIOS setup. Although it will only display a black screen during this phase. I have reseated the GPU (Nvidia 1070), reseated RAM (no positive changes on any configuration), reset the CMOS via the switch and it remains the same. I have checked all cabling, unplugged and reseated all connections to the PSU, still the same. Have any of you knowledgable people got any ideas? It was working fine yesterday, no changes were made and today these issues started. Hoping you can help! PC spec is as follows:

MSI NVIDIA 1070
Intel i7 3770k
Samsung 256GB 830 SSD
Gigabyte- Z77X UD3H Motherboard
Corsair HX 750W PSU
Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB
Teamgroup Elite 16GB RAM
LG Bluray writer. OEM
Thermalright Silverarrow heatsink cooler

Is anybody able to help with this please? I have researched it as much as I can, can’t find a definitive answer but the CPU could be causing it, hard for me to test that, any ways I can check if it is the CPU?
