HDD not showing up in Windows?

So I got a Seagate Barracuda 2TB (2016), and I installed it correctly and everything. No faulty SATA or power connectors. It shows in Computer/Disk Management, but I cannot assign a drive letter to it, or do anything. See below (it's the Disk 0, with 1862GB of storage):

Any idea on what I should do?

I can't see your screenshot at work. Is the drive partitioned, and the partition formatted?

It is Unallocated.
What options does it give you when you RightClick on that space?

Probably..."New Simple Volume"
Do that.

You need to partition the drive.
