The PCE-AC55BT B1 is 2x2 MIMO for a Phy rate of 867 Mbps at 5 GHz, and the USB-AC68 is 3x3 MIMO for a Phy rate of 1300 Mbps at 5 GHz, so the USB-AC68 is better. There are 4x4 MIMO PCI-e adapters as well. Just keep in mind that your connected devices need to support the same number of MIMO streams to take advantage of the higher Phy rates, and any adapter with RP-SMA connectors has the advantage of being upgradeable with higher gain antennas.
