Samsung SSD only trying to migrate OS and a couple games

Hi i am trying to download or migrate my OS only and maybe a couple games over to the ssd. I cant figure out how to do that and my original hardrive is over the 500gb ssd. So how would i transfer the OS to the ssd with data migration or is there another way of doing it? I am wanting to do this because i do not want to fresh install my computer for i have things i want to keep on their and it to be on the hard drive and not the ssd. The other reason i dont want to reinstall everything is that we have a data limit for my isp and would tank our limit. Thanks

You can't migrate parts of it.
Especially not "only the OS".

How much used space is on your current drive?
How large is the new SSD? 500GB?

Yes its 500gb and currently have a hdd that has 379 gb out of 930
