Debug LEDs Flashing on New Build?

Brand new MSI-B250M PRO-DV MOBO, Pentium G4600, HyperX 8GB DDR4 RAM. On power-up I get the CPU and Chassis fans spinning but the CPU and DRAM LEDs are flashing and i get nothing on the monitor. Using on-board Intel video for now, waiting to plug in my GEFORCE until i get the basic configuration stable. Any thoughts? (apart from starting with new MOBO, CPU and DRAM!) Thanks!

OK, checked the socket. Don't seem to have any bent pins (using a regular magnifying glass, since my electron microscope is in the shop for service...). Re-assembled, still not working. Thanks by the way!

yeah, that's the only RAM module i have on hand, maybe i can get one at Best Buy, etc. I will really be very bummed if one or more of these components do not work out of the box. Oh well. Thanks again.
