8350k is not much of a contender for a 6 core 8400 @4.0Ghz BOOST core speed.
If you have the budget for a FreeSync monitor with the price tag of an RX580, then why not. But a GTX1060 will outshine the RX580 slightly in most games, a little more in others. Although, the Freesync+RX580 premium could be put towards a better CPU or others.
