Best CPU Cooler for i5-8600k?

Your build looks good.
Your case has 161mm available for a cooler.
I use a noctua NH-D15s which is as good as it gets, and not particularly expensive.
Here is the noctua TDP guide:

The s suffix variants have been redesigned with an offset that is sometimes needed to clear graphics cards mounted in the first pcie slot.

The NH-U12s would also work if you are looking for a more modest overclock.

Alright, thank you

You might define " best" a bit better.
1. Cooling capability?
2. quiet?
3. looks... what does that mean to you? Do you like "bling" or RGB led's? Color of the cooler?
4. Ease of installation?

Ultimately, the effectiveness of a cooler is most related to the size of the fan it uses.
120mm should be minimum, but those with 140mm fans will usually be better coolers.

Some dislike the beige color of noctua fans. Me... pretty is as pretty does.

Another good alternative is Phanteks.

I did not pick up on the hybrid hard drive.
I would use a WD blue for storage instead.
Hybrid drives do not have sufficient nand storage to be very effective.
And... WD seems to be a more reliable brand.
