do you guys know of a psu that would go with my mbo Asus P8H61-M LX2 R2.0 i need a double 6 pin for my r9 270x windforce 3x
Pretty much all modern PSUs supports multiple GPU with dual 6 or 8pin.
You did not mention your budget or total power consumption so I assume 650W should be fine.
Try look at following two: (both are good quality, fully modular and offer 12years warranty) https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16817151186

Most of the times 500 Watt is sufficient, you don't need 2x6 pin directly on your PSU. Most PSU's only have 1, therefor you need a molex to 6 pin that you can put on one of the molex adaptersn your PSU

I would rather avoid adapters when not necessary, they look ugly and also can introduce additional problems.
Also as I already mentioned any decent modern PSU already have 3-4 PCI-e 6/8 pin cables included which is more then enough for single GPU.
