So basically the computer I have now I built it nearly 3 years ago and I think it's starting to become a bit underpowered in terms of performance.

My specs are as follows;
i5-4590 3.3ghz
EVGA GTX 960 2GB SSC
8GB 1866mhz PNY RAM
600w EVGA PSU
MSI Z97 PC Mate
(If I missed anything, please let me know, I wanna be as accurate as possible.)

So really, I just need to upgrade from that. I'm probably gonna end up selling most of the parts if I can. I was looking mostly at upgrading from the CPU and GPU, but that's obviously gonna be the biggest cost of the build. Thank you in advance for reading and any help posted.
I basically just wanna play games like CSGO and Overwatch at competitive settings, so this doesn't need to be a super computer. Just good enough to run Overwatch and 144fps on 1080p.
