My Pc has been freezing/crashing ( at least once or twice a day) while gaming and not even gaming (but most of the time gaming)sometimes for quite sometimes I've thought the problem was that my AMD 9590 was too powerful so I need a better a cooler , after I've installed my new h110i Cooler about 3 weeks ago . MY Temp has gone down without gaming about 20c when gaming 60 to almost 65c( i think) but I still crash quite often , either when gaming or when just browsing. Now I am not sure what is really the problem .

Is any component on your pc is overclocked? if so do these step by step,
1. Disengage oc of cpu first then test, if not worked, then keep cpu in stock and,
2. Disengage RAM oc then...

Is there any BSOD you have encountered? I mean when it freezes how it looks like? Monitor is like paused if you try do do any action. It stays there for sometimes then again working fine? Or it totally stops doing anything and you have to switch ac power off then restart it?

1. Disengage oc of cpu first then test, if not worked, then keep cpu in stock and,
2. Disengage RAM oc then test if not worked keep cpu and ram on stock clock and,
3. set gpu clcoks to default and check.
If all of these are in default then install HW info or system monitor sw and check temp, voltage in specially cpu and gpu if any reading is irregular or not.
Lastly stress test your system and check if under stress it is immediately failing or not and what temp and voltage during stress.
Lastly it may be due to driver/windows issue and you may have to test it by booting with clean windows or testing your system in safe mode. In safe mode do some testing to stress and check if it is there or not. If related to driver/software then the chance of freezing will be very less in safe mode.

Okay I am doing a HW info so far! seems like therers a warning sign SATA 3gb drive? I am not too sure since I never really used HW info , but does this mean there is a problem with my hard drive? I dont really know how to post a picture but beside my hard drive sign there is a warning siggn in HW info .. so do i need to change that? is that the real problem?
