Hello guys,
recently I saw a discounted OEM i5 8600k, for £225(USD $304) . I was originally going to plan to pair my gtx 1080 with an i3 8350k, for £175(USD $236.5) and and try and overclock to near 5ghz. However playing games at 1080p and then upgrading to 4k a couple months down the line, would it be worth spending the extra money on the 6 core and the extra risk of OEM cpu warranties.
Thanks
