My graphics card isnt adding the memory/ not working

Its installed and detected but when i open my games its still 1gb amd radeon memory even though i installed a 2gb palit geforce gt730 shouldnt it be 3gb now?

Specs:
Mobo: msi a68hm-e33 v2 DDR3
Processor: amd a8-7650k
Graphics card: palit geforce gt730

now you have TWO graphics cards...
The integrated AMD GPU and the add in board GT 730

The memory allocated to the AMD GPU won't change, the GT 730 has 2 Gigs of VRAM.

Your monitor should now be plugged into the GT 730.

You can turn off the AMD GPU in BIOS if you like.

If you want more information, you can use GPUz to see information from both GPU's, the drop down menu at the bottom will let you choose the different cards.
