My CPU is overheating

My cpu i7 4770k is overheating, and i have a Corsair H100 water cooler. It's running at around 80 degrees, and when i play games like LoL, it rises to almost 100. Both fans are spinning. It was running normally on steady 40 degreese and had a white led light on the water cool, but now it's blinking red.

Please help me!

Assuming you have it seated correctly with just a little thermal grease and both 3-pin and SATA cables are plugged in correctly

The pump is failing. it happens.

Yes I just tried cleaning the cpu and adding new thermal paste, but it didnt work. So what should I do then?
