Need help, changing my graphics to run off my dedicated card instead of my integrated.

I have a acer nitro 5. this uses a AMD 500 series graphics card but its running off its R7 integrated graphics and that is set to primary! How do i change this so that my card will become primary?
By this i mean that my graphics card isn't doing much and you can tell that in game play! i have all the updated drivers etc and still getting like 40-50 fps in cs go because of this.

a Dual GPU eh?
go to AMD Crimson Radeon Settings
on Preference, open Additional Settings
a new windows (looks like Catalyst one),
go to Switchable Graphics (i don't remember the names)
you can choose between High Performance, Power Saving or Not Defined (i don't remember the choices)

I understand that but when i add something, e.g. cs go it freezes the AMD menu. also it is catalyst

don't worry about that, when you add some apps, it will like freeze for 3 - 5 secs, just wait until you can choose
