I am looking at buying a used pc off ebay. Here are the specs
i5 4670k
Zotac GTX 970
1tb hdd
Gigabyte h97m
G.skill 4gb ddr3 ram
Cm hyper 212
Evga 600w (80+ bronze)
Everything looks fine, however he said that sometime the pc would go through a reboot loop, and to fix it i had to remove the battery and put it back in. Is this worth it or would i end up paying more to fix this issue? ty in advance
