I have a Corsair Spec Alpha case for almost a year now. It has a three speed fan controller that connected to the fans (I have 4) and sata power. Recently I have a problem with it.

The medium speed (the middle one) has the same speed as the low one. So, the speed of the fan become low-low-high. It become quiet annoying to use the max speed when playing light-medium games and I can't stream quietly with it.

How can I fix this? I have tried replacing the stock fans with corsair af120 led quiet edition, use different sata power, use molex adapter but still not fixed.

Thank you in advance.

Solution
If the fan controller has become defective and if you have any warranty left on your case, contact Corsair via their Support page (submit a ticket) and ask if they can send you a new front I/O panel. You need to provide the invoice of your case to them,
link: https://sso.corsair.com/idp/AuthnEngine#/authn

If you don't have any warranty left, buy the front I/O panel and replace it by yourself,

I've replaced the front I/O panel of my 750D AF edition when it arrived with a defect.
