I have 2x 8GB DDR3 memory sticks in my rig. One of my sticks went bad, so I got an RMA number from GSKILL. On the "Warranty" portion of G.Skill's site, it states "Include all modules of a memory kit for RMA. Memory kits are tested together to ensure compatibility. Compatibility is not guaranteed if a partial kit is returned." So I packaged up both memory sticks and shipped them out to GSKILL.

Around 10 days later, I receive a package from GSKILL in the mail. I open it up, and only find 1x 8GB DDR3 stick! How could they mess this up? I clearly followed the direction to send both ram sticks and they only sent 1 back.

Does anyone have any advice? If anyone knows a GSKILL tech support on this forum please share this post with them... I greatly appreciate it.

Thanks

-Matt

Confirmation takes a while over there. I recently had to register for a totally different kind of reason and it took about a week for my account to be authorized and THEN I still had to send the message to the account that was outlined to fully activate it.

Probably better off sending a PM to the G.Skill rep here anyhow. He has posts as recently as the 27th so I know he's been active here lately.
I would try the G.Skill forum. You are a LOT more likely to get a timely, AND accurate, response and assistance there.

Otherwise contacting G.Skill through their website support contact would be the only suitable method. There is nothing special we can do here that you can't do on your own.

You can try sending a PM to the G.Skill rep through our site, but they may or may not answer or be able to help you.

I tried to register for the G.Skill forum, however not a single administrator will confirm my account. Without confirmation I cannot open a thread to address this issue.
