I was burning a few brand new cd's today with no problem on my Windows 8. I put files on this last cd and I'm 100% sure they transferred completely, but when I put the cd back in the files were not there, and instead it says "Files ready to be written on Disc (1)" and there's a textfile that says desktop, and when I open it it says "[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21815"

This is problem because I cut and pasted the files, so the files are no longer on my computer.

Can anyone please help me recover my files?

EDIT: I tried using CD Recovery Toolbox, but it says that I need to insert a CD... even though the CD is inside. And it seems Like EaseUS's recovery and 3 other programs did not find it either. Isobuster was able to locate the CD and files, but its $40 to be able to extract the files...
