4GB Ram 3,43 Used

Hello, i recently upgraded my pc and just noticed that i can only use 3,43gb out of my 4gb ram, i dont use the intergrated graphics ( my gpu is the rx 460 oc 2gb ). Can someone help me please?

You may never be able to reclaim that 1/2 GB. Even if you don't use the integrated graphics you may not be able to prevent it from taking RAM.

Well, since you didn't describe ANYTHING about the hardware you have, there is no way to answer "Why is this happening".

List your specs, Windows version and bit version 32/64bit.

Im using windows 10 enterprise 64 bit

CPU:AMD Athlon 950

GPU:RX460 2gb oc

RAM:1 4gb Stick Crucial

That was realy embarrassing

An Athlon 950 AM4 CPU does not have built-in graphics. You will have very poor performance with a single stick of RAM.

Ohh, good thing i ordered 4gb more ram. Can i do something to have my full 4gb ram ?? ( can live without it for 3-4 days but kinda want it now :/ )

Be sure you have BIOS 3.10 at least.

Which memory slot (shouldn't matter) do you have the DIMM in? Closest to the CPU?

There is a BIOS option for "Share Memory" you should check if that is even available and what setting it is set to.

My bios version is P3.10 , the ram is in the correct DIMM ( as it said on the manual )

Cant find the share memory on bios
