I am using a biostar motherboard n a amd processor so I need to upgrade my processor to the latest version so does it require the change of operating system

You need an AM4 motherboard to run a Ryzen processor.

AMD only supports Windows 10 for Ryzen CPU's.

As long as your current motherboard supports the new processor, you shouldn't need a clean install of windows. If you are changing the motherboard, then yes, a clean install is recommended.

2. What cpu is now installed?
3. What is the processor you wish to upgrade to?
CPU-Z will give you 1. and 2.
