My diy pc's fans are working but my monitor has no signal

my pc and it's fans turn on. But my monitor sys no signal.

I've made sure my DVI-D cable is connected to my graphics card.

my hard drive, graphics card, and
CPU are all plugged in correctly as far as I can see.

but I'm not sure if my ram' s plugged in properly because it doesn't click In
properly. But if I pushed any harder the motherboard starts moving.
But does the ram stop a signal being sent?

And I've got raiser beneath my motherboard.

Also when I turn it on lights on the motherboard came on.

I'm very sure my monitor and DVI- D plug work well.

I don't know way my monitor is receiving no signal.

can anybody please help?

What components? And yes, RAMs might be an issue, if not fully inserted. Check some videos on youtube for how to. Test with single RAM each slot.

Just had this problem with a new build ryzen with RX550 video card.
My LG monitor was connected via HDMI.
The computer would post but no video.

I plugged the HDMI into my TV and it worked!
Then I loaded Windows10 and the video card driver.
Then I plugged into he LG and it worked.

I found out why my pc wasn't working.
my CPU wasn't plugged in properly.

my motherboard had a 4 pin power port. And my connector had two attachable 4 pin ends. I plugged the wrong one in
