it would be easier to suggest to use that video card if you could indicate what is the make and model of your motherboard and power supply.

In the HD 4xxx series, the HD 4670 was the entry level gaming card. The other models lower than that, including your 4350, weren't really suitable for gaming. So I'd suggest buying a used 4670. It should be a good match for what you're doing. It sounds like you're playing Far Cry 3 below spec though, so keep in mind a videocard will only help so much.
