What is difference between dedicated vram and video ram?

I have an Intel hd 5500 in systemrequirements lab for a game it tells i have video ram 4gb but dedicated vram 512 mb

You don't have a video card. You have processor graphics that share system memory.

Video cards have GDDR memory which are memory chips attached to the video card.

The top line lists minimum video cards required. You don't have anything close to meeting the specifications required.
