What cooling do you have for your cpu, if you have good cooling you could go for 4.6Ghz at 1.3V.
If not I would go with 4.3GHz.
I have the stock Intel cooler that came with the CPU, Do you think this could go for 4.6?
It might get a bit hot, try it and see what kind of temps you get on stress test, don't worry you're pc will shut itself before the cpu reaches any damaging temps.
If you want to overclock to 3.6ghz and above with safe temps I would recommend getting the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo.
Just check to see what kind of temps you're getting 4.6ghz, if they're above 90 c stick with 4.3ghz until you can get an aftermarket CPU cooler.
