It's probably legit, the IGame name is part of the Colorful brand, a big name in the Asia/China region, so it's a fair way from its natural habitat if you're elsewhere. 
As always with used parts apply some common sense; Only purchase from a seller with good feedback or from a site with a known and good reputation for returning faulty/misadvertised goods, pay by credit card, check it once it arrives and keep the E-mails relating to it.
