Nvidia geforce 7050 spaz's out on chrome and other programs help please

Overheading, RAM issue, driver issue. I'd start with making sure system is clean. Check temps with HWMonitor to make sure they are in line with the normal temps for your system. That is an old chipset, looks to be from the Pentium 4 era. Not really worth fixing such an old system since you can get a faster one used for about $50-100.
