So I started to build my PC last night without my Ryzen 5 1600 and my GPU. I connected all my parts but my case fans are simply just not spinning when I have my PSU turned on. The motherboard I have is the Asus astrid ROG B350, and the motherboard lights up. Should my case fans be running without my CPU and GPU?
