I'm using a corsair h60 aio cooler. I have the pump hooked up to the water pump header on the motherboard, and I have the pump fan hooked up to the cpu fan header and set to 100% in the bios. should I leave the fan set to 100% or should I set it a different way?

AiO pumps like running at full speed but radiator fans should be connected to CPU_Fan header so their speed could be controlled by CPU temperature. So, if your MB doesn't have AiO_Pump header, connect it to any other one on MB that can be set to run full speed.

Your connections to me seem fine.

Doesn't the H60i run off of the Corsair App that controls the speeds of your pump and fans? If so, I wouldn't really worry much about it; go to the corsair App and choose the "Performance" or "Balanced" profile and the app will adjust the fan speeds and pump speeds accordingly depending on the temp of the cpu/case at different intervals of time.
