Well you really need a major upgrade, MB, CPU, RAM as in new PC.

Your GPU is fine.

Without a budget lets try being the cheapest possible.
GTAV needs an I5-3xxx minimum to run nicely with 8GB of ram which means a motherboard, cpu,. ram upgrade.
