Over clocking GTX760 with MSI Afterburner

I know there are a lot of posts and such about overclocking but with my limited knowledge I simply don't feel comfortable overclocking without some help from someone who actually understand whats good and bad and all that.
I am not looking to seriously overclock at all, I am fearful of damaging my card.

I'm just looking for some direction of how much is very safe to overclock and what changes need to be made in MSI afterburner to achieve some level of improvement.

To overclock your gpu you have to increase the core clock and the memory clock using MSI Afterburner.
I would increase them by 50 each time and then do a GPU stress test to make sure the overclock is stable.
Even if a particular overclock is stable, make sure your temps aren't too high, 80 c should be the limit.
If you take it slow and overclock 50 by 50, you shouldn't worry too much about damaging your card your pc will shutdown itself if the card gets too hot.

What should I do with the power? Its at a max of 100, should I leave that alone? Is there a max my specific card can handle?

The 760 might have a locked power limit, it wont go above 100%? I believe you can slightly increase core voltage on the 760 if you check off "unlock voltage control" in msi afterburners settings. This might allow you to get slightly higher clocks stable at the cost of a bit more heat.

Oh yes, sorry. Is there any issues that can arrise if I set it to the absolut max? For me it is +145. Also I have GPU-Z and I am getting a Vrel, VOp "Limited by reliability Voltage", "Limit by Operating Voltage".

Other than overheating, no not really. Setting the power limit to 145% will allow the card to draw more power than the nvidia baseline power limit, if it needs it. That increases heat when overclocked. So as long as temps are in check under load 145% is fine.

I am still not clear on when or how much I should alter the Core Voltage, I have been watching alot of tutorials and such but I still don't understand how to use it safely. (Also I have GPU-Z and I am getting a Vrel, VOp "Limited by reliability Voltage", "Limit by Operating Voltage".)
