which cpu stress tests are best for testing out real world situations? Im runing a i7-7700k clocked to 4.8Ghz with a cryorig h7 cooler and I've tried multiple tests with prime95,cpu-z, etc. when i ran with prime95, the small FFT's test automatically made my cpu go up to 100C. With the in-place large FFTs and blend tests, the temps stayed around 75-80C and maxed out to around 87-90C but only spiking to those temps for not even half a second. Is the blend/large FFTs tests more reliable than the small FFTs? or is it the opposite. And also, i got around the same temps when i used cpu-z and other tests

Solution
you can always lower your AVX offset to 5 or more to lower your temps. if you wanna do tests, non-avx on prime95. uncheck "run ffts-inplace" n the torture test window. you can also pit yourself against other users in the world using the "userbenchmark" and see how your base performance competes with others of the same chip and/or build.
