old i5 processors are not worth buying anymore
because new 8th gen i3 have 4 cores as well and better upgrade options for the future
so either get an i3 8100 + Z370 motherboard or ryzen 1200/1300x with B350 motherboard
(this option is about 50 dollars cheaper)
