Just use any external hdd for now for storage and when you save some money buy a larger drive. SSD is almost a must have for any modern rig.

most powerful video card you can get roughly within your budget ,
but lower quality power supply , no ssd , no aftermarket cooler and only 2x4gb of ram .

Thats an awful PSU to trade for the GPU boost. I would never trust my brand new hardware with that junk.

i´m not happy about this PSU myself but
you are exaggerating a bit: true it is far below average
(capacitors from aishi and capXon , not so good voltage regulation ,
but it has decent ripple supresion and meeting at least 80+ efficiency during testing)
it is at least operating within ATX standards and it is able to deliver its rated power .
bottom line: you can do far worse than this in this price range when it comes to power supplies .

not to mention in such system this power supply won´t be push nowhere near to its limits
the whole system will not exceed 200w power consuption during gaming .

Guys we don't need to debate on this. How much you can push with this budget? So options are limited. Better to buy and average one that fits the pocket perfectly. For me almost upper mid range sesonic x850 gold has failed one time in two years and the RMD one also showing some minor issues. So all comes to luck since you can not garentee anything. Even my wattage requirement is max 480w. So for me a too much overkill psu have shown failure.
So select any setup from these suggested by all members. Every one has slightly different opinion on build and target. Buy one which suites your needs.
You just can't go wrong with any one of these unless you stretch your budget. Afterall you have to balance your setup.

But nothing here is top quality. he is not going to pare a 8600/8700k or GTX 1080ti with a super cheap say 550w psu. If so, he will be in trouble along with those high value components.
But a Corsiar/Seasonic or Evga/FSP or CM, something having strong market presence will not make any stupid product. At least it is not that cheap kind of psu many other are buying. I have personally seen 3 Seasonic failure including me and my friends. Might be running out of luck (Me) but I don't think it will be a much step up by adding say $10 more for a PSU.
What is your point might be a misunderstanding....
